The Olivia Panel Ottoman Storage Gas Lift Bed is very comfortable and has great storage underneath. The bed is easy to lift thanks to the gas struts.
My one complaint is that the delivery was supposed to be between 1pm and 4pm on a Saturday. I got a text message to say they would be delayed until 4.30pm. Not a problem. I didn't hear from them again until 7.30pm to say they would be there in an hour. They duly arrived at about 8.30 but the lack of communication was very poor.
Not good enough. I did not receive my samples and i ordered it a month ago
Amazing bed. Perfect. Would have liked some instructions but got there in the end.
The bed is absolutely stunning however the instructions it comes with are really basic and the fabric swatches come with no labels so we had to decipher these by sight. I was called and told my bed would be delivered the following day to which I explained we were away and the gentleman assured me he would arrange an alternative date. At 7am the next morning I received a phonecall telling me the delivery guy was 15 minutes away - lucky for me I was able to take quick action and I have an understanding Mum who has spare keys who dashed to my house to take delivery.
