Had some problems with delivery as incorrect order was delivered however all was swiftly sorted out with a very good communication and correct bed arrived in less than 48h later. I highly recommend this company
Ordered a new bed and there was one part missing just a wooden support slat. I emailed them and got an email back within 5 minutes and on a Sunday!! I said it was really ok and no rush on the extra part but they delivered it that very same day with no hesitation. Things can get missed off orders but this company honestly have gone above and beyond and I wouldn’t for a second hesitate at recommending them and purchasing from them again. Super super happy customer so thank you so much.

I paid for delivery room of choice and assembly for this kingsize bed with 60 inch head board. 1 man turned up ... alone .... I had to help him carry to top floor of my town house. I am 5ft 5 and not exactly the fittest. Also the bed has a scuff and 2 scratches which weren't revealed until we got to top floor and unwrapped and there was no way I was carrying back down. Told the company who's reply was we will refund delivery. I haven't been told when I can expect and also they have not even took into consideration the defects. So unfortunately I have had a negative experience
Badly made, awful delivery, held to ransom at 6.30 in the morning. They were just dumping the bed at the entrance. Had to pay into their private account to move it for me. Never again.

Bed set up. Came home from work to see a gorgeous bed that was unfortunately enormous in my little flat!
Contacted the company on their online chat, was answered almost immediately.
They also called me at 8pm when I said I wasn't happy with the purchase even though bed was nice and asked if I could swap.
They directed me to a couple of different styles and said they could instead replace the end bit which was too big with a smaller piece in a new style that was made to fit my style if I wanted. Guy was really understanding.
Happy to be able to keep bed with a new end which will be less large.
Bear in mind this is a large bed.
