I did not receive them. I did email in regard to this but had no reply.
The instructions are impossible to use. You basically have to guess how to build the bed yourself. Ended up having to screw more holes in the bed as the parts didn’t line up properly. Took over four hours to build. Would not recommend.
I purchased the bed last month. The Bed arrived when stated and was good quality. I struggled with the assembly instructions and called the company who were very helpful and sent me more instructions to follow, which were easy. Within 3 weeks one of the side panels split so I contacted the company and they arranged for a new part to be sent out straight away over the Easter weekend. I have been really impressed with the customer service. And would definitely order from them again. The bed looks beautiful and I am really happy. Thank you
The Milano ottoman bed is stunning. I chose a super king in cream Naples and the fabric and colour are perfect. Plenty of storage too. Would recommend!
The bed looks good and the mattress is comfortable however the strap to lift the bed is so short its non-existent and makes it very difficult to use. I have to force my hand between the mattress and the foot res to catch the strap or lift the bars instead. I have asked for a longer strap that ideally overlaps the footrest but have had no response. Unfortunately this defeats the purpose of having the gas lift option.
